REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

In Person (Mall Location): Exchanges Only, No Refunds
We will gladly exchange your item within 60 days of the sale date for an item of equal value if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Returned item must be in the original condition: new, unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, etc. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

Online (Refunds Only - Buyer incurs all shipping costs.):
The Sterling Sunflower is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund less shipping within 14 days of the ship date for your item(s). Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; new, unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, etc. Items marked as FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES.

Please email us at customerservice@thesterlingsunflower.com prior to returning an item to initiate the return process. Please be sure to include:
a) a reason for your return
b) your order number
We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the item and inspection, we will issue a full refund less shipping costs in the form of the original payment method. Please allow 5 - 7 days for the refund to processed and added to your account. PLEASE REMEMBER THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK TO US. Please be sure you have tracking information for your package as we won't be able to refund money for items we don't receive.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: Please email us within 48 hours or receipt of your item if it has been damaged during shipment. Please include pictures of the damage in your email. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
