RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

The Sterling Sunflower is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the ship date for your item(s). Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; new, unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, etc. Items marked as FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Please email us at customerservice@thesterlingsunflower.com prior to returning an item to initiate the return process. Please be sure to include:
    a) a reason for your refund or exchange (see below)
    b) your order number

REASONS FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:

1. CUSTOMER CHANGES MIND: If you ordered the wrong item, size, color, etc., you will receive a full refund for the item(s) being returned in the original form of payment. You will incur the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

AFTER WE HAVE RESPONDED TO YOUR RETURN INITIATION EMAIL, YOU MAY RETURN ITEMS TO:

It is your responsibility to package items well. Please purchase tracking information, and insurance, if necessary, to ensure that your item is returned to us in its original condition. We will not be able to issue refunds or exchanges for items we do not receive.

Item(s) must be in original condition for a refund to be issued. If you received a FREE GIFT with your purchase and decide to keep it, $9.99 will be deducted from the amount being refunded. Upon inspection of item(s),
    a) the refund will be initiated if item(s) is/are deemed to be in original condition. Please            allow 5 - 7 days for refund to post to your account.
    b) the item(s) will be returned to you if deemed to be altered in any way.

2. ITEM(S) DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:  Nearly 100% of our products are nonbreakable.  We do our best to package our products in such a way that they arrive in tact and undamaged.  If for some reason, your item is damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item(s). Please include pictures of damaged item(s) in your email. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
